Earn your fully accredited Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certification, regulated under the RQF and aligned to EQF standards, valid for 2 years. This essential one-day course equips you with the knowledge and practical skills to respond to a wide range of workplace emergencies with confidence.
Course includes:
- Understanding the role and responsibilities of a first aider
- Assessing incidents safely and effectively
- Primary survey and casualty assessment
- Performing CPR and using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- Managing an unresponsive casualty (breathing and non-breathing)
- Recovery position techniques
- Treating choking, bleeding, and shock
- Managing minor injuries (burns, scalds, cuts, grazes)
- Record keeping and reporting in line with workplace regulations
Delivered through a mix of theory, demonstrations, and hands-on practice, this course meets Health & Safety Executive (HSE) requirements and is ideal for workplaces, schools, and community settings.
Certification is issued upon successful completion, valid for 2 years.
