We are certified personal trainers and highly educated professionals trained in various fitness specialities, who create unique and fun workouts to push your body to new limits in a fun and motivating way. We’ve been training for more than 30 years from olympic athletes to stay at home mums. We use a wide variety of training functionalities including TRX, Kettlebells, Olympic Lifting, Cross-training, Bodybuilding, Kickboxing, Sport Specific Training and more.
